CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Cancellation Policy ✨ • A minimum of 48-hour notice is required for any reschedules or cancellations. • Same-day cancellations & no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited in these cases. • No refunds or exchanges. ✨ Late Policy ✨ • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and 100% of the service will be charged. ✨ Appointment Requirements ✨ • All clients must arrive with clean lashes. • 🚨 No foreign refills will be accepted. ✨ Corrections Policy ✨ • Clients have three (3) days from their original appointment to request a complimentary correction for any concerns. • Punctual arrival is required for correction appointments. • Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and the correction will be voided once the correction period expires. 👶 No Children Policy • No kids are allowed during appointments to ensure a calm, relaxing, and safe environment for all clients.
